Refund Policy

At Hostlinko, we believe in ensuring customer satisfaction. That's why we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new hosting accounts. If you find our services unsatisfactory within the first 14 days of your contract, we'll provide a full refund of the contract amount, excluding setup fees and bank/payment gateway charges. However, please note that if you received a Free Domain with your Hosting Plan, the domain registration fees will be deducted from the refund.

It's important to mention that this 14-day money-back guarantee is applicable only for first-time signups. If you've had an account with us before, canceled, and signed up again, you won't be eligible for a refund. Additionally, second-time and subsequent sign-ups are not eligible for this guarantee.

Refunds will not be issued for domain registration, transfer, or renewal fees, cPanel, Plesk, Webuzo, Control Panel, Cloud, VPS, Dedicated Server, Paid Support, SSL Certificates, SpamExperts, Windows OS, SQL, and any other paid licenses.

This money-back guarantee applies to web hosting plans only.

Keep in mind that no refund will be provided if your Service(s) are suspended or terminated for cause.

Refunds will also not cover taxes, setup fees, refund processing fees, or if the web hosting account was involved in a violation of our terms of service, illegal activities, or system resource over-usage. Additionally, refunds are not applicable beyond the 14-day period or if they fall outside the coverage of our refund policy as outlined here.

Cancellation Policy

To initiate a cancellation, you must send a request through the client area by clicking on the cancellation option under your product service. Please avoid sending cancellation requests via ticket or email. Once your cancellation request is submitted, it may take 4–5 working days to process. During this period, you can continue using your service until the end of your next billing cycle. Afterward, your service will be terminated.

It's essential to back up your files before the termination date, as we cannot be held responsible for any data loss post-termination. While we offer backups of your data up to 48 hours after termination through jetbackups, this service does not provide a 100% guarantee.

If your web hosting service includes a free domain name, and you decide to cancel the service, domain charges (standard rate as per the website) will be deducted from the refund amount. If the refund amount is lower than the domain name price, you'll need to pay the difference or forfeit the domain. Ownership of the domain will remain with Hostlinko if the difference amount is not paid.

Transfer fees will apply if you wish to transfer the free domain name to another provider. Failure to pay the transfer fees will result in the domain not being released.

Refund requests placed after the 14-day period will not be processed, and you will not be eligible for any refund.

After a refund is processed, it may take 3-14 days for it to reflect in your online banking account. This delay is due to different card issuers’ processing efficiency and workflow.

Refund Policy for Renewals

All renewals/upgrades of hosting and domain registration, as well as web hosting contracts, are non-refundable.

To cancel renewals:

  • You must send written confirmation 15 days before the renewal date to cancel the hosting account.
  • For canceling any additional products (disk space, POP accounts, email forwarding, and autoresponders) under the hosting account, written confirmation must be sent 10 days before the renewal.

Please reach out to Hostlinko Support at least 7 to 10 days before the renewal date for any requests related to non-renewal, cancellation, contract length changes, upgrades/downgrades, etc. This will streamline the renewal process and avoid confusion. Note that contract length changes cannot be processed after the renewal date.

If you wish to opt out of renewal in advance, you can email Sales anytime, and the cancellation department will queue the account for deletion on the renewal date. All cancellation requests must be received in writing, either by regular mail or email. Phone requests will not be accepted as valid cancellations.
